Congratulations to everyone who ran this month. Simon clipped three seconds off his superb time from last month but Darryl knocked half a minute off his best to finish six seconds faster than Simon and new entrant, Orlando, was faster than both of them in a magnificent 12.12.
Everyone ended up beating the scratch time so it is pats on the back all round.
